Borgunto Canned Peaches — Summer from Valdichiana in a Jar

The tradition of canned fruit is ancient in the Tuscan countryside: a way to preserve the flavor and sweetness of summer all year round. Our canned peaches are made from Valdichiana peaches harvested at the peak of the summer season, when the natural sweetness of the fruit is at its best. Each jar captures that moment of seasonal perfection.

How We Produce Them

How to Enjoy Them

Perfect as they are, served fresh directly from the jar as a light dessert. They pair wonderfully with cream or vanilla ice cream, fresh whipped cream, Greek yogurt, and granola. Great as a base for desserts: upside-down cakes, tarts, crumbles, or charlottes. Lightly warmed with a pinch of cinnamon and served over panna cotta or pudding — an extraordinary result.
