Borgunto ships its products throughout Italy and to various international countries, including the United Kingdom, Australia, and India.
Delivery Times
- Italy: 2–5 working days
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 working days
Couriers
We use reliable couriers (DHL, GLS, Poste Italiane) with tracking included for every shipment.
Shipping Costs
Costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination. Shipping is free for orders over €99 in Italy and the European Union.
Packaging
Our products (wine, oil, preserves) are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure integrity during transport.
Returns and Refunds
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without having to specify the reason.
Return Conditions
- Products must be returned intact, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part (wrong or damaged product).
- Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method used.
How to Request a Return
Email info@borgunto.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 1–2 working days.
