Prodotto con olive 100% Italiane raccolte manualmente ai primi di novembre, l'olio Borgunto è estratto a freddo (<27°C) entro 6 ore dalla raccolta per preservare freschezza, aroma e nutrienti.
Con un'acidità di soli 0,16% e oltre 500 mg/kg di polifenoli, rappresenta un'elevata qualità sensoriale e nutrizionale, tipica delle Colline Aretine.
