A Complete Sensory Experience
The tasting begins with the symbol of Tuscany: Chianti wine. The Chianti Classico will captivate you with notes of cherry, red fruits, and soft tannins. Next, the Chianti Riserva reveals complexities of ripe fruits, vanilla, and spices, ideal for pairing with structured dishes. A sommelier will guide you through the wine-food pairings, teaching you how to enhance each course with the right choice.
Then it's time for the Tuscan EVO oil, cold-pressed from Leccino, Frantoiano, Moraiolo, and Pendolino cultivars: a certified taster will show you how to recognize quality oil and pair it with salads, soups, meats, and even desserts.
