Strawberry Jam Borgunto Special Fruit — 47% Strawberry from Valdichiana
Not all strawberry jams are the same. Ours contains 47% fresh strawberry pulp — well above the legal minimum of 35% for extra jams — and you can taste it from the first bite: an intense aroma, a naturally bright red color, a sweetness that comes from the fruit and not from added sugar. The strawberries come from the Valdichiana area, the same territory where we cultivate our vineyards and olive trees.

How to enjoy it
Irresistible at breakfast spread on toasted bread, rusks, or freshly baked croissants. Perfect as a filling for tarts, shortcrust cookies, and rustic cakes. It pairs wonderfully with Greek yogurt, fresh cheeses like Tuscan ricotta and mascarpone. Also great as a topping on cream ice cream or panna cotta.
Format and storage
Glass jar with silver lid. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 7 days.
