Chianti Riserva D.O.C.G Vigna Vecchia – Limited Edition

Our exclusive Chianti Riserva D.O.C.G selection Vigna Vecchia limited edition is crafted from the oldest part of our vineyards. These south-facing vines on hilly terrain produce grapes of exceptional quality.

The wine is aged in oak barrels for more than 24 months, then continues its maturation in our ancient cellar at Via Borgunto 7, corner Piazza Grande in Arezzo. Here, humidity regulation and constant temperature are naturally maintained by a medieval well, creating the perfect low-light environment for developing our Riserva Vigna Vecchia into a wine of absolute qualitative excellence.

With its deep ruby color and elegant profile, this wine offers intense fruit notes that deliver exceptional softness and delicacy.

Technical Specifications

Grapes: 85% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo, 8% Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia del Chianti, 2% other red grapes.

Color: Ruby red with lively reflections, tending to garnet.

Bouquet: Fruity (morello cherry, pomegranate), floral (dog rose), tertiary (cinnamon and licorice).
