Characteristics and conservation

120g glass jar. Honey may crystallize over time—this is a natural process that doesn't affect its quality or flavor. To return it to liquid form, immerse the closed jar in warm water (max. 40°C) for a few minutes. Store at room temperature, away from direct light.
