Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Borgunto Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Borgunto Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold-pressed from olives harvested in our olive groves. A genuine product with a medium fruity flavor, pleasant herbaceous notes, and a slightly spicy aftertaste, typical of quality Italian olive oil.
Harvesting is done manually between October and November, when the olives reach the perfect level of ripeness. Processing within 24 hours of harvest ensures maximum freshness and preserves all of their organoleptic properties and health benefits.
