In the Arezzo Hills, between Arezzo and Sansepolcro, the prized white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) is more than just an ingredient: it is a gift from the land, protected by generations of truffle hunters and transformed by Borgunto into unique specialties. Our Tuscan farm transforms fresh local truffles into four artisanal products, free from preservatives, colorings, or artificial flavors: Truffle popcorn, truffle honey, truffle butter, and summer truffle mayonnaise.
