Our chianti Riserva is obtained from the estate’s oldest vineyards, it is aged first in concrete and then in oak barrels so as to bring out all its best characteristics.

Superior category olive oil obtained directly from the quality harvest of frantoiano, leccino and moraiolo olives. Processed solely by mechanical procedures.

The Chianina is an Italian breed of cattle from the Arezzo areas, once used as an agricultural force and now raised almost exclusively for meat production. It owes its name to the Val di Chiana and is believed to be an indigenous breed of Central Italy and specifically southern Tuscany. It is a breed of ancient origins, known for more than two thousand years.
INGREDIENTS: Beef PGI “Vitellone Bianco dell’Appennino Centrale” Chianina breed 65%, tomato pulp, double tomato paste, wine, extra virgin olive oil, vegetables (onion, carrot, celery), salt, garlic, pepper. May contain sulfites.
