Borgunto ships its products throughout Italy and to several international countries, including the United Kingdom, Australia, and India.

• Delivery times: 2–5 business days in Italy; 5–10 business days in Europe; 7–14 business days for the rest of the world.
• Carrier: we use trusted couriers (e.g., DHL, GLS, Poste Italiane) with tracking included.
• Shipping costs: automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination. Free shipping for orders over €99 in Italy and the EU.
• Packaging: our products (wine, olive oil, jams, truffle specialties) are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

Returns and Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

• Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method.
